Luck/Time is the highly anticipated third album from one of NZ’s most acclaimed artists, Anna Coddington. Anna is known for her enchanting live performances and voice which “flows perfectly from soft to grunty”, and for her songwriting prowess which has seen her in the longlist for the prestigious Silver Scroll songwriting award four times. Over four years of hard work has resulted in the finest work from Anna – an album, which showcases all the strengths and experiences acquired over an already-acclaimed career.
Luck/Time features pop sounds with tinges of indie, disco, and yacht rock thrown in, and is the sound of one of NZ’s most talented musicians at the peak of her powers. Luck/Time features previously released singles ‘Bird In Hand’ and ‘Make You Mine’, both of which featured on the shortlist for the APRA Silver Scroll. Also featured are previous singles ‘Release Me’ and ‘Lantern’, along with lead single ‘Apples’.
