Since relocating back to New Zealand, Leigh Franklin has written and recorded her debut album, ON A SATURDAY.
A completely self-funded album, ON A SATURDAY has understandably taken some time to finish, with a lot of help along the way, and deals made on every part of the production process.
ON A SATURDAY was recorded in Christchurch at Quicksand Studios and Engineered by Thom O’Connor. Produced by Kiron J (London) and featuring London based vocalist Joseph Junior on the title track On a Saturday, all songs have an acoustic influence, and the instrumentation provides a multi layered backdrop for Leigh's vocals.
