SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION

From time to time, suppliers are unable to fulfill your order. Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

GST EXEMPTION

All prices contain 15% goods and services tax (New Zealand purchases).

GST is automatically deducted from the checkout total on all export orders.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

NEW ZEALAND​

Packages are sent via courier.

Standard courier (signature required) ​

We use FASTWAY couriers.

Shipping Options - A flat rate of $10.00 per order.. OR, you can choose to pick-up from the shop at $0.00 durring opening hours.

AUSTRALIA

Packages are sent by International NZ post at a flat rate of $20.00 NZ DOLLARS

INTERNATIONAL

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ORDER TO ARRIVE?

NEW ZEALAND

We process orders every day, with NZ orders picked up by courier Monday - Friday. Estimated delivery of your order allow 3 - 10 working days for courier delivery, and 5 - 15 working days for NZ post. If a delivery is attempted while no one is home courier will leave a card to arrange re-delivery or pick up. Please ensure you provide a secure address or an address in which there will be someone available to sign for upon delivery.

Please note FASTWAY do not deliver to PO Boxes. Therefore we will use NZ post at the flat rate of $10.00

AUSTRALIA - We process orders every day and send by NZ post daily. Estimated delivery time 1 - 3 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL ​- We process orders every day and send by NZ post daily. Estimated delivery time 2 - 3 weeks.​

Local NZ orders may be split and dispatched as items become available.

International orders will be dispatched once all items are ready to ship.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact us at orders@mintmusic.co.nz

MINT MUSIC cannot take responsibility for missing parcels that have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company.

We endeavor to give the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you are not happy contact us.

SHIPPING

Please note that shipping prices are in NZ dollars and are subject to change without notice. MINT MUSIC reserves the right to change web prices, product and shipping rates as required.

RETURN POLICY

MINT MUSIC will accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Item(s) damaged/faulty prior to delivery

2. Supplied incorrectly

3. Varies from the description provided on the website.

In the unlikely event of the above notify MINT MUSIC within 2 weeks of receipt at orders@mintmusic.co.nz

Whenever possible, MINT MUSIC will endeavor to replace any damaged or faulty goods or you may choose something else, otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

This policy observes obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).

Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the original packaging, with a copy of your receipt.
