SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION

From time to time, suppliers are unable to fulfil your order. Should this occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

GST EXEMPTION

All prices contain 15% goods and services tax (New Zealand purchases).

GST is automatically deducted from the checkout total on all export orders.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Packages are sent via NZ POST with tracking number

Domestic tracking for an item sent using Economy service is updated at the following points:

Collected from sender: When the item has been lodged at a NZ Post retail outlet.

Delivered: When the item has been delivered by the local postie.

Shipping Options - FREE shipping on Orders $100.00

A flat rate of $10.00 per order.. OR, you can choose to pick-up from the shop at $0.00 during opening hours.

We process orders every day, with NZ orders being sent daily Monday - Friday. Estimated delivery of your order 5 - 15 working days

AUSTRALIA

Packages are sent by NZ POST STANDARD MAIL (NO TRACKING)  at a flat rate of $25.00 NZ DOLLARS 

We process orders every day and send by daily. Estimated delivery time 2 - 3 weeks.

 

Local NZ orders may be split and dispatched as items become available.

Australia orders will be dispatched once all items are ready to ship.

MINT MUSIC cannot take responsibility for missing parcels that have been deemed as ‘successfully delivered’ by the courier company.

We endeavour to give the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you are not happy contact us.

Please note that shipping prices are in NZ dollars and are subject to change without notice. MINT MUSIC reserves the right to change web prices, product and shipping rates as required.

RETURN POLICY

MINT MUSIC will accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Item(s) damaged/faulty prior to delivery

2. Supplied incorrectly

3. Varies from the description provided on the website.

In the unlikely event of the above notify MINT MUSIC within 2 weeks of receipt at orders@mintmusic.co.nz

Whenever possible, MINT MUSIC will endeavor to replace any damaged or faulty goods or you may choose something else, otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.

This policy observes obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).

Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the original packaging, with a copy of your receipt.
