Despite the above references, this is a New Zealand made record and sleeve. This is evidenced by the ridged label and typeset of the labels which is different to ELO* - Time. Another obvious clue is the lack of ELO logo which features on the Australian edition but not on the New Zealand one. The sleeve too is locally made despite the Pitt Street, Sydney reference. CBS were actively making and distributing records in New Zealand until at least 1986 when manufacturing switched to Australia entirely for economic reasons. All Epic releases in New Zealand at this time were also made by CBS Records, exhibiting the same characteristics.
